Before you get in touch

A few practical details.

Have a different question? Include it with your enquiry.

What quantities do you work with?

Our core programs are around 10,000 pairs. Orders of 5,000–7,000 pairs can be reviewed depending on the model, materials, colors and delivery requirements.

Can you produce under our brand?

Yes. Product branding, labels, insocks and packaging can be discussed as part of the brief. Available options depend on the construction and quantity.

Can we start with a sample?

Yes. We first review the brief, then agree on the sample, cost, timing and any revisions.

Do you work with your own factories?

ShoeLab coordinates production through partner manufacturers in Turkey. We manage the communication and follow-up for the agreed program.

How long will sampling and production take?

Timing is discussed after the product, quantity and material requirements are reviewed. Include your target delivery date so the proposed schedule can be checked against it.

What should a first brief include?

Send a reference image or tech pack, an estimated quantity and your preferred destination and timing. Materials, sizes and branding details are useful where available.
